1 Application of the Right of withdrawal

1.1 All orders placed with Energy-Bullets Europe BV (“Energy-Bullets“) via the website.

1.2 Energy-Bullets resereves the right to change the Right of Withdrawal at any time by publishing a new, dated version, which will apply to all subsequent orders.

2 Right of Withdrawal

2.1 The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders placed via the websites of Energy-Bullets due to food safety legislation.

3 Applicable law and competent count

3.1 These conditions are governed by Dutch law.

3.2 All disputes fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts in The Hague.
