That’s right, if you pay by bank, your payment will be transferred to Energy-Bullets via the payment provider. The provider states as the beneficiary on your statement.

Delivery

You can only have your package sent by DHL to a street address. DHL is not entitled to deliver packages in a PO box.

Consumers receive their order within the Netherlands by free shipping. For other countries within Europe a contribution to shipping costs is charged. Dealers receive their order within Europe by free shipping.

Consumers can have their package delivered to any street address in the Netherlands. It is also possible to have your order delivered to DHL service points so that you can pick up your order at any time (see DHL service opening times). Delivery points abroad differ per country.
